Shipping Conditions

• Deliveries will be made by an independent transport agency.
• For national orders, the delivery time if the product is in stock is 24 to 72 hours. For international orders, the delivery time may be one week or more, depending on the destination.
• Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, not holidays.
• Delivery time is 1 to 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery times will vary according to products, measurements, and the province of delivery. Items will be delivered within the agreed delivery time unless the customer wishes the goods to be delivered later than the scheduled date.

If you wish to make any changes to the delivery date of your order, you must notify us at least as far in advance as the delivery date of the order. The transport agency will make the deliveries from Monday to Friday, meeting with you before going.

If your town is far from a large urban center or city or has less than 5,000 inhabitants, the delivery may take 3 to 5 days.

We recommend that, in case of disagreement with the transport agency, you contact us, so that we can help you with the management. Occasionally, for reasons beyond Cloen's control, the delivery time may be delayed by 2 working days.

In this case, the buyer may cancel the order and receive the amount paid.

Non-delivery shall not be considered as such if it has been delayed of its own accord or if it has not been possible to locate the buyer using the details provided by the buyer.

In the case of a large or heavy order, which cannot be transported by a single person from the transport agency, please ensure that a non-disabled person is available to assist the driver.

Without prejudice to the legal rights afforded to consumers under Spanish law, Cloen Europa S.L. accepts no liability for any failure to deliver goods in extreme situations that make deliveries impossible such as acts of civil commotion, riots, floods, fires, or any other extraordinary factor.
